Vintage Tunina brings together Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Ribolla Gialla and Malvasia in a project Jermann began experimenting with in the early 1970s and first released from the 1975 harvest. Its origin is Ronco del Fortino, where selecting grapes later than the usual picking period creates a broad, layered white. Marl and sandstone soils belong to the characteristic Friulian hillside landscape. The estate describes honey and wildflower notes, a dry yet supple palate and persistence supported by a full body. Suggested pairings include truffle dishes, baked fish and white meat, reflecting the wine's generous gastronomic character.
