Description

Jermann’s W…Dreams… 2022 (Venezia Giulia IGT) is made predominantly from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Collio area. The wine is aged roughly 11 months in small 300-litre French oak barrels, a choice that lends gentle vanilla and pastry notes. In the glass it shows a bright straw-yellow colour and aromas of ripe/exotic fruit, melted butter and vanilla. On the palate it is elegant, saline and shows good length with persistent aromatic detail.
