Description

La Pouillotte Extra Brut by Jérôme Blin is an Extra‑Brut Champagne produced in Vincelles in the Vallée de la Marne. It is a blend based on Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay (declared blend 80% Meunier, 20% Chardonnay). The wine is vinified in stainless steel with native yeasts and aged 30 months on the lees; it was disgorged in September 2022. The style is fresh and rounded, pairing well with shellfish and characterful cheeses.
