Description

La Pouillote by Jérôme Blin is an Extra‑Brut cuvée from the Marne Valley, produced in Vincelles. The blend is dominated by Pinot Meunier with Chardonnay (technical indication: roughly 80% Meunier and 20% Chardonnay) and shows ripe peach and buttery aromas balanced by a citrusy freshness on the palate. It is marketed as a Brut Sans Année (non‑vintage) cuvée, with different base years used across releases.
