Description
La Varoce is an Extra‑Brut cuvée from Jérôme Blin made in Vincelles in the Vallée de la Marne. It is a non‑vintage blend led by Pinot Meunier with a share of Chardonnay (roughly 80% Meunier and 20% Chardonnay). The wine is fermented with native yeasts and minimal intervention, ages about 30 months on the lees before disgorgement, and is finished at an Extra‑Brut dosage. Aromas and flavors include almond and dried fruit, with honeyed and ripe-fruit notes and fine, elegant bubbles.
