Description

The Colette Rosé de Saignée Extra Brut from Jérôme Blin is a Champagne from Vincelles in the Vallée de la Marne. It is a blended rosé made from 100% Pinot Meunier, incorporating about 22% old-vine red wine obtained by saignée; the cuvée is undosed (Extra Brut). Fermentation completed with natural malolactic conversion and the wine aged 12 months on the lees; it was bottled in April 2023 (vintage 2022) and disgorged in April 2024.
