Description

A still Coteaux Champenois white made from a 50/50 blend of Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir vinified as a blanc de noirs. It typically receives roughly one year of barrel ageing, adding texture and subtle toasted notes. Produced under organic certification with only natural sulphites and issued in numbered bottles. The label bears the name Composition #2 and references the Les Chapelles parcel in Saulchery.
