Produced by Jessica Litaud, this Pouilly‑Fuissé 1er Cru “Les Crays” comes from the Les Crays vineyard near Vergisson. It is made from 100% Chardonnay grown in small parcels managed with organic/biodynamic-oriented practices. The winemaking approach is restrained to preserve the calcareous terroir expression, resulting in a wine focused on mineral freshness and stone-fruit character.
