Description

Made by Jessica Litaud in the Mâconnais, this Pouilly‑Fuissé Premier Cru Sur la Roche is produced from Chardonnay vines planted on the slopes of the Roche de Vergisson. In the glass it shows a pale straw colour with aromas of white-fleshed fruit, white flowers and subtle mineral and citrus notes. The palate tends to be balanced and saline, with medium body and a persistent finish that reflects the vineyard’s stony soils. The wine is typically vinified to highlight freshness and terroir expression.
