Description

I Viaggiatori 2021 from JOAQUIN is an Aglianico labeled as Campania IGT, made from 100% Aglianico grapes. The fruit is sourced from historic high-elevation vineyards in the upper Taurasi valley (Paternopoli); fermentation is in stainless steel followed by ageing in French oak tonneaux (national oak) for a minimum of two years and additional bottle rest. On the palate it shows an intense ruby colour and aromas of ripe red fruit, spice and undergrowth notes, with present but integrated tannins.
