Description

Produced by Johannes Aufricht in Stetten (near Meersburg) on Lake Constance, the 2024 Chardonnay "Van Hauen" is made from the small Van Hauen parcel. The wine is fermented and matured in French barriques, followed by further ageing in specially made steel barriques, and released as a limited bottling. It shows a structured white profile with mineral tension, ripe orchard fruit and subtle toasted notes from oak.
