Johannes Aufricht Completer 2023 is a dry white from the Bodensee area (Meersburg) in the Baden wine region. Made chiefly from the local Completer grape, it displays aromas of white blossoms, ripe citrus and mineral undertones. On the palate it is medium-bodied with lively acidity, a slightly creamy texture and a saline, gently bitter finish.
