Description

Krähen is the Pinot Noir from Johannes Aufricht's personal project, established in 2018 on the shores of Lake Constance. His work focuses on small vineyard parcels and planting material of Burgundian origin, in an environment where limestone-rich soils, elevation and the lake influence grape ripening. This red belongs to a range built around the exploration of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Careful selection at harvest allows whole-cluster fermentation, while the use of a vertical press reflects the attention given to each stage of the winemaking process.
