Description

The Joseph Drouhin Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses 2022 is a white wine made solely from Chardonnay grapes planted in the Les Preuses climat of the Chablis Grand Cru appellation. The parcels lie on the right bank of the Serein River on Kimmeridgian limestone soils; the estate follows organic and biodynamic practices across its holdings. Vinification includes fermentation and élevage in oak barrels for approximately 12–15 months. In the glass it shows a pale yellow hue with green highlights, offering white-flower and citrus aromas, pronounced minerality, solid texture and noteworthy aging potential.
