Description

The Joseph Pascal Volnay 1er Cru Les Caillerets 2024 is a Burgundy red made from 100% Pinot Noir sourced from the Les Caillerets climat. Aromas show cranberry and cherry with floral violet notes and subtle spiciness. On the palate it is fine and polished, with elegant tannins, touches of plum and black pepper and an underlying mineral drive. It presents a refined, terroir-driven expression of Volnay Premier Cru.
