Description
Éole is Pierric Brochet's vintage Champagne, combining Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in equal proportions. Grapes come from Taissy and Mailly, two important origins within the Jules Brochet family project in the Montagne de Reims. The cuvée reflects an approach also shaped by experience at Jacques Selosse: measured intervention, indigenous-yeast fermentation and the use of wood to accompany the wines' development. The finished blend preserves the dialogue between the two varieties without added dosage. It is an interpretation of a single harvest built around vineyard origins and the individual choices of its grower.
