Description

Prémice is a cuvée from Jules Brochet made in the Montagne de Reims. It is typically released as a non-vintage Brut Nature and is mainly blended from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, supplemented by reserve wines; winemaking favors native ferments and lees ageing that add texture. The wine is usually dry and lively, with citrus and white fruit notes alongside a fine mineral thread reflecting parcels in Taissy, Mailly and nearby sites.
