Description

Prémices introduces Pierric Brochet's work under the name of his great-grandfather, Jules. The cuvée combines Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with reserve wines, bringing together different origins within the family's holdings. Based in Taissy, the domaine aims to give its parcels a recognisable voice through restrained intervention in both vineyard and cellar. White-fruit and citrus notes accompany a lively palate, where freshness is balanced by texture. As an introduction to the family project, Prémices is shaped by the balance of its blend rather than by the exclusive expression of a single vineyard.
