Extra Brut Champagne made by Julie Dufour in Landreville, in the Côte des Bar. It is a cuvée based on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from organically farmed vineyards. The edition labeled “Chapitre 1” was produced from the 2019 harvest. Dry in style, it shows fine bubbles and a focus on a pure expression of its terroir.
