Red wine made from 100% Gamay grown in the Sologne area of the Loire Valley by Julien Courtois (Le Clos de la Bruyère). On the palate it is medium-bodied with a fresh profile, dominated by red fruit and subtle floral and spice nuances. Best consumed relatively young and well suited to simple, everyday dishes.
