A red wine from Soings‑en‑Sologne in the Loire, made as a blend of Gamay, Côt (Malbec) and Gascon. Vinification involves spontaneous fermentation with a relatively short skin maceration, followed by extended aging in wood. The palate shows black-fruit and red-berry notes with present yet silky tannins. It pairs well with red meats and robust cheeses.
