Description

Résonance is a white wine made from Chenin Blanc grown in Soings‑en‑Sologne in the Loire. It shows a taut, saline profile with notes of white flowers, orchard peach and green almond. The cuvée is direct-pressed and aged for around eighteen months, emphasizing acidity and precision rather than power. It pairs well with freshwater fish, light creamy sauces and herb-accented dishes.
