Description

Kettmeir’s Pas Dosé Metodo Classico 2021 is an Alto Adige DOC traditional-method sparkling wine made without dosage and vinified from Chardonnay grapes from the Pochi di Salorno area. It shows very fine bubbles and extended lees ageing that contribute to its finesse and structure. The bouquet offers floral aromas and yellow-fleshed fruit notes; on the palate it is fresh, tense and lively, finishing with a saline, alpine brightness.
