Description

Produced by Kettmeir, Le sfumature di Kettmeir 2021 is a vintage sparkling wine from Alto Adige (Alto Adige DOC) made from Pinot Noir. Crafted in the Classic Method (Metodo Classico), it shows fine bubbles with aromas of red berries and autolytic/yeasty notes. On the palate it is fresh, well-structured and finishes with a saline-tinged note, pairing well with seafood and spiced dishes. Serve chilled, around 8–10 °C.
