Description

Kistler’s Les Noisetiers is a Chardonnay bringing together grapes from several Sonoma Coast vineyards, including Vine Hill, Dutton Ranch and Trenton Roadhouse. Blending allows the characteristics of sites that the winery also interprets individually to be combined. Fermentation is carried out by indigenous yeasts; the wine completes malolactic fermentation and continues its maturation in French oak. The cuvée is connected to western Sonoma County, with a recognisable mineral imprint. The approach emphasises the combination of grape origin and cellar work, offering an overall interpretation of the vineyards selected for this Chardonnay.
