Description
The Kakovostno vino Refošk ZGP “Black Label” 2011 from Klabjan is a red wine made entirely from Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso grown in the Osp Valley of Slovenian Istria. Vinification uses indigenous yeasts, extended skin maceration and prolonged oak ageing. The wine is structured, showing velvety tannins with flavors of ripe red fruit, spice and tobacco. It is suitable for further cellaring and pairs well with hearty meat dishes.
