Kloster Eberbach Riesling Rauenthaler Baikenkopf GG 2019 is a white wine made from Riesling grapes grown on the Baikenkopf parcel in the Rauenthal area of the Rheingau. It shows aromas of green pear and citrus peel with subtle spice notes. On the palate it is marked by a pronounced mineral extract, precise acidity and a taut, refined structure. The finish is persistent, consistent with its designation as a Grosses Gewächs (GG).
