Description

Krug Rosé 28ème Édition is built around the 2016 harvest, supported by reserve wines reaching back to 2010. Its blend comprises 32 wines from six years and combines Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier. Some Pinot Noir is traditionally macerated and made into red wine, contributing structure and spice. Pale pink in colour, the aromatic profile suggests redcurrants, mulberries, peony, pepper and pink grapefruit. Honey, citrus and dried fruit emerge on the palate, supported by fine bubbles and a long finish that extends the wine’s delicate flavours.
