Description

Krug Rosé 29ème Édition combines 29 wines from five years, spanning 2010 to 2017, with the latter harvest forming its base. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier make up the blend; Pinot Noir vinified as red wine comes from plots in Mutigny and Aÿ. Reserve wines account for around a third of the total. The deep salmon colour has copper highlights. Raspberry, strawberry, cherry and toasted notes introduce the profile, followed by pastry and plum flavours. The finish moves towards blood orange and pink grapefruit, with a delicate bitter edge.
