Made by La Chablisienne, this Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons 2022 is produced from 100% Chardonnay grown on Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soils. Pale yellow with silvery highlights, it offers delicate floral notes and subtle vanilla on the nose; the palate is full, fruity and juicy with a mineral, fresh finish. It has a persistent aromatic profile and reasonable aging potential.
