Description

La Chablisienne Chablis 1er Cru Vaulorent 2020 is a white wine from the Chablis Premier Cru appellation made entirely from Chardonnay grapes. It comes from the Vaulorent vineyards on the right bank of the Serein, adjacent to the Grand Cru Les Preuses, and shows mineral-driven character with white fruit aromas. Winemaking combines barrel and vat fermentation with roughly 12 months ageing on fine lees.
