Description
La Chaume des Lies' Auxey-Duresses is a Pinot Noir from the estate created in 2021 by Margaux Rivaux and Lothar Galloo. The two growers met while working with Pierre Fenals at Maison en Belles Lies and established their own cellar in Evelle, in the Hautes-Côtes. They directly cultivate the grapes they vinify, using organic practices and biodynamic preparations. In the cellar they seek to limit intervention and accompany the vineyard's expression. The cuvée represents one of their red-wine origins, alongside other parcels farmed across the Côte de Beaune and Hautes-Côtes.
