Description
La Chaume des Lies' Bouzeron is an Aligoté from Margaux Rivaux and Lothar Galloo's estate. Begun in 2021, the project grew from their shared experience with Pierre Fenals at Maison en Belles Lies. From their cellar in Evelle, in the Hautes-Côtes, they work only with grapes from vineyards they cultivate directly. Their farming combines organic practices and biodynamic preparations, while vinification seeks limited intervention and clarity of expression. This cuvée gives a specific identity to Bouzeron's Aligoté within a range also including Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from other parts of Burgundy.
