Giovesone is a single-variety Sangiovese produced by La Nascosta from estate vineyards in the Val d’Orcia. The wine is fermented and aged in wood (including tonneaux) and is sourced from a single estate vineyard at about 420 metres elevation. Labeled Orcia DOC Riserva, it shows the structure and bright acidity characteristic of top Tuscan Sangiovese.
