La Poderina’s “Poggio Abate” Brunello di Montalcino Riserva (2019) is a red wine from the Castelnuovo dell’Abate area of Montalcino. It is made from 100% Sangiovese and undergoes extended aging in oak of different sizes before bottling. Aromas of dark berry fruit, liquorice and earthy notes lead to a structured palate with firm tannins and a long finish.
