Miani's Ribolla Gialla brings a local grape into Enzo Pontoni's vision, developed in the vineyards of Buttrio and Rosazzo. Production is based on very low yields, rigorous selection and sustained attention throughout grape development. The importer confirms that this is pure Ribolla Gialla and distinguishes it from the Pettarin selection. For the estate's whites, pressing and fermentation in barriques accompany a search for concentration and finesse rather than intensity alone. This bottling therefore expresses the relationship between a Friulian variety and a highly individual, hands-on approach to growing and making wine.
