Description

Single-variety white wine from the old vines of the “Pettarin” vineyard in the Rosazzo subzone of the Colli Orientali del Friuli. Ponca soils and very low yields produce a concentrated, structured expression. Fermented and aged on the lees for about a year without bâtonnage, resulting in pronounced texture and depth. Aromas of yellow fruit, white flowers and mineral notes lead to a saline, persistent finish.
