Michel Gahierâs Arbois Trousseau âLes Grands Vergersâ 2022 is a red cuvĂ©e made exclusively from Trousseau grown in the Arbois area of the Jura. The grapes are destemmed, fermented in stainless steel and aged in large foudres. The wine is a site-specific expression of Trousseau from MontignyâlĂšsâArsures, with measurable structure and ageing potential.
