Description

Michel Littière’s Pur Meunier is a Champagne made from a single Meunier parcel, Les Galands, in Œuilly in the Vallée de la Marne. Its mature vines form part of a landscape marked by clay and sandy soils. The family’s work includes separate vinification of vineyard parcels and selection of the base wines through tasting. The cuvée focuses on Meunier, an important variety in this part of the valley. Within the estate’s range it was subsequently renamed Blanc de Meunier, retaining its link to the same vineyard origin and grape variety.
