Description

Michele Chiarlo’s 2021 Nizza DOCG Riserva “La Court” is a red wine made exclusively from Barbera grapes grown in the La Court cru of Castelnuovo Calcea. It undergoes extended ageing—about 30 months in total, including roughly one year in wood (mostly large casks with some barriques)—followed by bottle maturation. Aromas show ripe red fruit with cocoa and coffee hints; the palate is structured, fresh and velvety, finishing long and silky.
