Description

The 2022 Cavaliere from Michele Satta is a Toscana IGT red produced in Castagneto Carducci. It is made from 100% Sangiovese selected from the estate vineyards Vignanova and Castagni; vinification includes fermentation in concrete with a portion of whole clusters and extended maceration. The wine is aged in concrete tanks and displays the structure and tannic profile suitable for long-term aging.
