Marianova is the red of the Satta family's second generation in Bolgheri: a blend of Syrah and Sangiovese, with no Bordeaux varieties, unusual for the area. It goes through malolactic in barriques and then matures 18 months in amphora. The 2021 is full and round, with small red fruits, herbal notes, spice and tobacco.
