Description

Les Voirmissa Extra Brut is a Blanc de Noirs Champagne made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grown in the Les Voirmissa parcel in Hermonville, Montagne de Reims. It is vinified in used oak barrels with separate fermentations and then blended, followed by extended lees aging and a low dosage characteristic of Extra Brut. Aromas of ripe red fruit and subtle toasted notes lead to a palate with firm structure, lively freshness and a pure, mineral finish.
