Description

Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial is a Champagne designed to be enjoyed over ice, presenting a fresh, fruity and intense style. The cuvée is chiefly composed of Pinot Noir, with Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay in supporting roles, and supplemented by reserve wines for added intensity and consistency. It has a high dosage (around 45 g/L), which lends a perceptible sweetness and a rounded mouthfeel. Official tasting notes highlight tropical fruit, stone fruit and a touch of raspberry.
