Description
Montalbera’s Barolo Levoluzione is a Barolo from the Serralunga d’Alba area made from Nebbiolo (Michet and Lampia clones). It is produced with traditional red vinification and matured for a minimum of 38 months, about 18 of which are spent in large casks and French oak barrels. The wine shows a full-bodied, structured profile with firm tannins and aromas of spice, licorice and herbal notes. Alcohol by volume typically ranges from 14% to 15% depending on the vintage.
