Cabochon Rosé Fuoriserie N.06 is Monte Rossa’s rosé interpretation of its cuvée, built from Chardonnay and Pinot Nero. Its colour suggests a delicate petal shade, while the aromatic profile moves between yellow peach, peony and a subtle green note. Balsamic accents and a light touch of white pepper follow. The palate is compact and fresh, finishing with gentle salinity and a citrus return reminiscent of clementine. In this edition of the Franciacorta Brut Rosé, floral character accompanies a clearly defined palate that combines substance and energy while retaining finesse.
