Anthemis is Monteleone’s Etna Bianco made exclusively from Carricante. The grapes are grown on the eastern slope of Mount Etna, in the commune of Sant’Alfio, at high elevation (around 900 m above sea level). Winemaking includes fermentation in stainless steel followed by ageing in French oak tonneaux to retain freshness and a mineral profile. The wine is released as Etna Bianco DOC, vintage 2024.
