Morella’s Mondo Nuovo 2019 is a red wine labeled Salento Primitivo IGT and produced in the Manduria area. It is made from 100% Primitivo grapes harvested from the estate’s vineyards and is named after the local contrada. The wine undergoes oak ageing followed by bottle maturation prior to release. It is a terroir-driven label that pairs well with red meats and aged cheeses.
