Its single-vineyard identity places the relationship between grape variety and limestone soils at the centre: Roland Velich has specifically highlighted the wine's ability to convey this geological foundation. It belongs to Moric's exploration of local identities, pursued through careful vineyard work and spontaneous fermentation in the cellar. Krainer thus offers a place-led interpretation of Grüner Veltliner within a project that gives priority to individuality, finesse and a clear expression of origin.
