The 2019 Avvoltore from Morisfarms is a Toscana IGT red from the Maremma made from a blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. It shows a ruby colour with purple highlights and aromas of ripe fruit with hints of vanilla. On the palate it is full-bodied, soft and velvety, reflecting time spent in oak and bottle maturation.
